New beginning

30.06.13. The day my 4.5 months job contract came to an end. Although I’m really excited about having a good rest before going for university, I know that I will still miss the fun times there.

I still remember the first time I stepped in as a freaking cowardly temp staff… it was pretty funny and I was so enthusiastic and doing my work well. The people there are just, awesome. There is no other word to describe them! (: Especially my awesome supervisor who is damn funny and nice to us, and our equally awesome Korean boss whom seriously motivated me to want to learn Korean.

And of course, I got close to most of my colleagues. Its really heartwarming to have such a small but close-knit team, something our team has that the others don’t because they are HUGE. I really cherish the time I had there.

Now that it has come to an end, I will look forward in life, but I will never forget the times I had in this first proper job I had after graduating from college.

And now, its party time^^ one month of fun before university begins!!! LETS GO!

Terrapins galore!

So my best friends gave me two darling terrapins for my birthday last week, which I named as selca (male) and kyakya (female).

Selca is constantly lazy and resting on the bridge (he’s so darn territorial!!!) He doesn’t let kyakya go up the bridge. He stays up on the bridge the whole time, except when I feed them, lol.

And when he sleeps, he likes to stick his head all the way out, and then rest his cute turtle-ly head on the bridge.

On the other hand, kyakya is much more active, swimming around really quickly in water and running on land too! She’s adorable. And she eats more than selca too. Hehe

They do live pretty much in harmony though. I adore these little ones!^^
